Poor Service

<p>Went through an ordeal with Title Guard for private to private finance, the new owner wanted to finance the bike he was purchasing from me, however FNB appointed this useless company, went through the ENTIRE process in having to pay R1400.00 to have checks; roadworthy etc done, however at the end of it, tell me that the bike was not imported through Suzuki South Africa, but rather through a Suzuki dealership, however they consider this a grey import, therefore cannot finance it.</p> <p>I ask myself, why was these checks not done in the beginning when the process was started to avoid people wasting money and time, notwithstanding the call backs that you never receive if you need to speak to them! Surprised that a company the size of FNB use a company where service certainly does not come first.</p>
