Pathetic Service

<p>If we only knew that self financing a vehicle would be such a headache we would never have gone that route. For the past 2 weeks we have had endless request for all kinds of documents. The seller bought the car cash and has all the papers of the car yet they asked for information from the owner before him and we were also told that if he cannot get the information the deal cannot be processed. The seller is not obligated to do all this and I'm so scared that he will pull out of this deal. Title Guard will say that they need the last document then later they will come with another request. Surely if someone has the papers of the vehicle it is legally theirs. We also called Title Guard to ask them if there is a roadworthy certificate will it be necessary to do the Bosch inspection as well to which they answered no. Then as the process was coming to an end we are asked for the Bosch inspection. We then book the appointment for today to get it done then they tell us they have to book for the inspection which will be at a higher cost. This is ridiculous and unacceptable (Such a waste of time and money). They have to come up with a better way to service for private finance. </p>
