i will never buy a car private

good day to whom this my go<br> <br> my wife was approved to buy a car through wesbank and wesbank sent the info to title guard the 22 de Jan and if was a Friday we called them at title guard to find out the progress they call us hour later , after a struggle they got the seller to send the paper word and pay for inspection, after a weak of payment the car was inspected and today 09-02 they have got the inspection papers from Bureau veritas south africa i emailed lee roy telling him they have sent the inspection at 10:15 and then i thought he will call us , to give us instructions, i called him and email him to call me, left him a messenge 12.45 to call we them he went on lunch ...... so yes it is 18 days and still we do not have the car and the seller is getting cross of the delay..... and now how long is it going to take to pay the seller and to get the car???
