faulty car

I bought a car through Wesbank and they appointed TitleGaurd to handle the deal which I had to pay for. That was fine with me until I got the car. The car report stated that the breaks was in good condition yet the breaks on the car was damaged to the point where it has to be replaced. I found out in a bad way that the breaks was damaged. I was driving to work in traffic and i had to break hard as traffic suddenly went from 100km/h to standstill on van Riebeeck rd between MeltonRose and Blackheath. Apon applying the breaks the car started sliding, the ABS did not kick in. I had to swerve off the road to avoid hitting other cars in front of me. I immediately took the car to Ferobrake whom discovered that the breaks was damaged. It had to be replaced. I contacted TitleGaurd immediately and explained the issue. We had some arguments about where I should take the car again for e retest and my argument will stay the same.Why should I take it to the same people who did not do their work properly in the first place. I took it to another Bosch center which confirmed the damaged breaks, TitleGaurd does not want to take responsibility for this. My life is not important to them, apparently!
