Complete waste of time and money

My father app**** for finance through Wesbank to buy a vehicle Im owning.

All went well until I was told to take the vehicle for a conditioning report at AA.

I made a booking and was told it would be just over R730. Upon arrival I told tgem it has to undergo a Conditioning report, which they dont have as an option of tests. I ended up paying R912 for the test and 5 minutes later the manager of AA phoned me and told me I should have recieved a voucher from Titlegaurd for the test and that they will refund me the R930 which they did.

I phoned them to ask for the voucher number and they did not know what I was talking about, later tgey phoned me back and told me to pay R1400 to Titlegaurd in order to recieve the voucher number for a test that initially costs only R730.

According to my common sense a voucher is not something you pay for.

After all testing has been done they told me that the engine number does not match at transunion and Audi. The previous owner must have swopped the engine and all necessary paperwork was done because the engine number on the natsi documents match that of the vehicle.

Then right at the end they tell me that the deal is off because the car is too old and the kilometers are too high.

I could have sold the car to three other people and had to use my last money for the month and leave my family hungry to pay for a test which could have been avoided if the spoke up sooner.

Ill never consider anyone else to make use of wesbank or titlegaurd.
