Communicated wrong info on vehicle to buyer
Titleguard scared off our buyer at the last minute by communicating information on a vehicle that is not mine! <br> Futhermore, the customer service is atrocious and we were informed via email, no effort from their side to rectify the matter with the buyer. We hope Fnb will reconsider making use of their service.

The buyer had informed us that when viewing the inspection report on your vehicle. He made the decision not to continue with the purchase and cancelled the deal. The information provided to him was on the correct vehicle.
