Absolutely Shocking Service!

<p>I have had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with TitleGuard.</p> <p>Apart of a mountain of paper work required whenever a query is sent to them the response is:</p> <p>"Unfortunately we will not be able to proceed, without the required documents"</p> <p>The seller purchased the car I want to buy from his mother and therefore UNDERSTANDABLY there is no purchase agreement.</p> <p>The seller has all the necessary paperwork and bank statements to prove the purchase of the car but Titleguard refuses to accept this or to advise a way forward. The only respomse I get is:</p> <p>"Unfortunately we will not be able to proceed, without the required document"</p> <p>Not even an affidavit stating the facts will be accepted and when requesting a more senior personnel's contact details I get the response:</p> <p>"I am the manager and ass discussed, if he can’t provide us with the required information, we can’t proceed with the deal"</p> <p>If you have the bad luck of dealing with Zanne Leitao - rather cancel your finance application!</p>
