Absolutely Pathetic Service!!!

<p>We have app**** for private to private finance through Westbank and was approved then they appointed Titleguard to handle the transaction - What a disaster!!! It's been almost 3 weeks since the approval and we have phoned in 2 complaints and still nothing gets done!! They always have an excuse. Then the guy is busy or he's not there, or you just can't get through to them at all. Last week Friday he sends us an email saying that they are having loadshedding and this will be is last email before his computer shuts down -WHAT??? He Blaims the seller and says to us he is still waiting for documentation from him but at the same time he tells the seller he is still waiting for documentation from us.Yesterday he told us that the deal is now being finalised at the bank, but today he tells us that the deal is now only at validation and he thinks they are very busy. I have cancelled 3 working days to go up to Cape Town to fetch the car, and lost 3 days of money from work because every time he says it should be ready by that day. I strongly feel that the company should now be liable to pay to get my car delivered to me!!! I am so frustrated with these people!!! :((((</p>
