Worst Fibre Provider in SA - TITC

Absolutely the worst Fibre provider in existence in SA. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from them. Not only are they more expensive than many of the bigger, better operators, but their service levels are attrocious! There is ZERO telephonic support, unles you are prepared to hold on for hours. their technical support is just as bad. They take 2-3 days to get back to emails. No idea how they are still in existence.
