TITCSA want to get paid for doing nothing!!!?

I approached TITC SA for their services when I moved into a new complex in June 2018. Unfortuately, the unit did not have the necessary infrastructure installed. After numerous attempts to try and get TITC to send their engineer to come through. Nothing materialized. FOUR MONTHS elapsed, and I made alternative arrangements with another provider who got me up and running within five days. Somehow, TITC SA discovered that my line had now been connected. Sent their engineer to my house. I mistakenly let them in, because I was expecting the other provider the same week, to deliver the router. (Pure case of mistaken identity). A few days later when I discovered that the router belonged to TITCSA, I immediately disconnected it. , They had somehow wiggled their way into my home. TITCSA, now expect me to pay in full for their service, after five months of doing absolutely nothing!!! I made numerous attempts to reach out to them telephonically to get this resolved but i just receive automated email notifications. In today’s competitive business environment. Consumers have numerous options at their doorstep where the competitors are more than willing to go the extra mile to acquire new business. It appears TITC SA, have not yet adapted to this consumer centric business model. This is the worst case of non-service delivery I’ve ever experienced.
