TITC : Worst Fibre provider

This company has the worst customer care service I've yet experienced. It is not the first time that my internet is off, and I can't get through to their customer line. I just phoned now and actually got through to an agent. However, their lines were so poor that I got cut off. Been trying to call for the last 20mins with no luck. Plus, they never get back to you when to log a ticket per email as they advise you to do. Won't recommend this to anyone... Shocking!
