TITC refuse to give notice of cancellation to Metrofibre on time
A month ago I gave notice to TITC so as to move to another Internet service provider(ISP). Metrofibre are the Fibre providers and in order to move ISP providers TITC need to give Metrofibre notice. They refuse to give notice to Metrofibre saying they will only give notice on the day they suspend my connection being the 6 May. This way they delay transfer which will take the new provider 2 to 3 weeks to process . TITC are spiteful since I am moving and secondly their actions are anti competitive in nature by not providing notice to Metrofibre earlier they are prohibiting the new service provider from delivering the connection. Beware when you do business with TITC and ever want to move to a new ISP you will be left without a connection for a while so they can teach you a lesson because you use your freedom of choice.
