TITC *********** Fibre Service

The most pathetic service by an ISP. They are forever down or their internet speed runs at half the speed you have subscribed to. To make matters worse, when calling to inform them of the multiple incidents, they tell you to write an email with screenshots of speed tests (as if you'd call complaining about how great their fibre speed is), and then they tell you that a technician can only help in a minimum of 2 working days, 2 working days!!!
