Predictably terrible

I should have come to this website before I paid for the service. Terrible and inconsistent fibre connection with a bulky unit. The customer service people are pleasant enough and respond on time for like a month. Then their responsiveness reduces and they start saying that you need additional costly items to boost your service after boasting about being full disclosure. Literally use any other fibre network company as this I can rate is even more costly and ineffective for than ADSL
