Pathetic service

TITC is our services provide at nottinghill, I have been trying to get my internet active from 2/10/2018 and till today it is not active. When I contacted the call center I was told my account will be active but no luck and the response I got was no one on duty will be able to activate my account. This is unexpectable as I requested for head of department who is Elizabeth to contact me and to date I have not heard from her.
