For the fastest fibers done in the worst time

<p>In August this year, the TITC SA came to my unit and only half installed my fiber connection. They said in a month they would come back. Since September, I have further sent four more emails. Asking when it will be done. I always get the same response " in the next two weeks. In the photo it clearly states that it would be finished in the next three weeks.
