Fibre package slower than ever

I subscribed to turn for a fibre package deal as they installed fibre in my complex but gave had problems since day one of the installation of the fibre as for the speed we're paying for it always buffers and have been corresponding with Linda I and Steven who always say they will call back with feedback and never do. I wasted hundreds on airtime and a service that is not working adequately as even their employees admit it should not be this slow for such a small house at the speed we pay for. This is totally unacceptable service and I would like to cancel asap
