Absolute worst service, no call backs, no updates on fixing disconnected routers. Horrible customer service

Going almost an entire week without wifi and not having any of agents give you a call back to give an update.
I have been calling since Tuesday, either I have no luck in getting through to them or when I do get through they are of no help telling me they will contact tech support and call me back.
Absolutely shocking service, I would not recommend them to anyone!!

TITC Africa and Herilink are the ultimate worst service providers.
