Shocking service. Internet out whenever there is loadshedding even when our power is on because they do not have a generator on their side. Pathetic product for the price. We were forced to sign up with them as they had a monopoly in our complex. Would have been more reliable to use mobile data. And cheaper in the long run. AVOID!
