Absolutely annoyed

Titc sa is a company that has installed fiber in our area and installed the router for us to have wireless connection however since installing we have not had internet connection and when we call they don’t pick up .It goes from person to person with no response. We ended all of previous internet services including Dstv with the hopes that we will have WiFi up and running. Well we received the complete opposite. My fiancé logged a ticket complaining and since we have gotten no answer. I want a respond ASAP Or else I will be very difficult
