Service not rendered but charged

<p>I signed for a membership contract with them in October 2015 but due to commitments could not utilize their service and the stop order has been effected with the membership fee being deducted from my salary. When I approached them this week for cancellation and refund, was advised that I need to give them two months notice desoite the fact that the contract was for a year which has elapsed. They also refused to refund me or give me part of the payments made of the R 137.00 paid for past 12 months starting in November 2015.</p>
