TITANIUM PRO-X: ****

I ordered Titanium Pro-X last year(2014)after I saw an advert on Men's health Magazine and I never received my product. To add petrol to fire, they continued billing me for more products until I cancelled and still I never received any of the products I paid for. I called in several times and was told the products were shipped. I asked for a refund and was told I cannot be refunded. I find this so unacceptable, inconsiderate of customers' needs, and so disturbing that I have come to believe that it is a **** in disguise. The company has many branches to call including South Africa. Hence I have just indicated that the branch is South Africa. However, the company is an international one and there is no indication of head office. I would like to warn other people against this company. There are better companies out there who always strive to satisfy customers.
