Do Not Buy From Them

I received an email with an add that offered free samples of their products and all you need to do was to pay the shipping fee and I am based in South Africa. This was in August last year and I am still waiting on the samples. Then in November last year two transactions went through my Credit Card account and when I contacted them they said that I have ordered products to the value of nearly 200 dollars which I did not. They said that should I require a refund I will first have to wait for the products to be delivered and the to return them and then only will I receive a refund. To date I am still waiting on the products and after numerous phone call and requests it was said to me that they can not do a refund due to my CC number not being the same one as the one that was used. My card has subsequently expired and a new card was issues by the bank. When asked if they can please pay the refund into my current card number it was sad no they can. The system does not allow this and they can also not issue me with a cheque. So its is basically that's for the 200 dollars and we have the products as well...
