The worst customer service ever . Paid for job im March 2021 but still having issues with the workmanship and warranty issued. Owner continuously makes promises to come and complete job but then sends an excuse on the day why he is not coming. Roof has leaked since they have worked on it and has now caused more damage. Facia boards have been half installed and done poorly no coating has been put on the wood and just patched together. Ceiling has leaked and destroyed a room inside pictures have been sent to them and not bothered. Arranged to work on a sat and told he will be there in the morning arrived and 13h30 with his young son and friend to work on the roof which is unsafe. Messages sent about other sites and why he can’t come as he has to do stuff on the roof when the safety office is not there as he needs to do it with no safety precautions.
