Disgusting service and more bull**** excuses than ethekwini municipality
Absolutely pathetic service and the biggest bull****ters. The owner has an excuse for every single thing despite him saying they are now corporate … I sincerely hope he sees this because if he calls his service corporate he clearly needs a dictionary urgently … damaged more than 20% of our furniture, and yet came up with an excuse for every single thing. Kept saying read terms and conditions. You can take your terms and conditions and stick it where it should fit perfectly. Some items damaged cost more than his trucks and yet he claims his terms and condition are clear. No wonder they request payment in full upfront. If not they would never get paid. So basically they are rogues. Take your money, damage your stuff and say not their issue. That’s being a ***** and you deserve to be booted for your Corporate so to speak off. Absolutely disgusting attitude from the owners and no care in the world. So cannot claim to be corporate with **** service like his

Titan removals and logistics (They are not on your side)
Titan Removals and Logistics, despite their claim of many successful jobs completed, our move felt like a headache to say the least. You will see 147 poor reviews listed on wise move regarding Titan but no option to view them. So my experience, firstly they arrived a day late, then secondly items were received in pieces (and they claim it as not a total loss by the way because apparently to them, tables don't need to function completely intact) and heavily damaged, not to mention the thick layer of dust on all our belongings. Then the final icing on the cake, we put a claim in for the broken appliances and desk (Which you only have 24 hours to do by the way because everyone unpacks their house in that amount of time...). We get a call interrogating us about the broken/damaged items and low and behold its our fault for wrapping some of the items ourself or they see it as fixable...(Like our desk in pieces and Fridge that doesn't work anymore) I provided evidence (clear photos) and descriptions and they go above and beyond to bring up small print preventing accountability. Then we threatened legal action and they asked us to wait for their legal team to further check into it, so I agreed to wait and that was 2 Months ago... People, if you want a fast, reliable moving company and a team on your side, Titan removals and logistics is NOT the way to go. In conclusion, you shouldn't have to wait so long just to be ghosted by your moving company and to point fingers at you when you have a legal right to call them out.
