Self enrichment policy

Yes They have amazing service, Quick to respond, Deliver on time ***However im left with bitter taste in my mouth. They added goods i didnt need to the value of R624. Yes i should have looked with microscope at the qoute, i take that responsibility but i was trusting them the same way i Trusted TripleDrie before Titan Reinforcement Pty Ltd took over. On delivery date, i noticed the wires. The slab guy was like they are cheap items. Dont bother about them, they are about R75. This morning i decided to look properly and realised i parted with so much money for item i didnt order or need. I contacted them. They said unfortunately they dont do refunds, especially because they called and i said its ok, but i said ok under different circumstances. They are not taking any responsibility and its my loss. For me its not about the money loss, its more of morals of the business. Im a very trusting person but onething i wont let slide is being cheated. This for me is self enrichment and *******.
