Bad Return Policy

I bought a router and while buying stated to the salesperson that I need one that can take 3G. She handed it to me and that evening when trying to install it, I saw that it can only handle ADSL and not a 3G ****le.<br> On going back a human representative informed me that because the plastic around the package is off they can not take exchange it because it is second-hand.
