Titan Green Technology ...... BAD BAD BAD.....be WARNED

WE proceeded to order an installation of an inverter with a battery back up system , After making a scheduled appointment time the "technical team" arrived late. The installation proceeded , however the quality of workmanship is disgusting. Damage caused to cupboards and shelves, holes drilled through cupboards causing damage, and hole drilled in the wrong place, The system does not work as described being that of "automated switch over" during load shedding. The system has to be 100% manually controlled. Crimping of wiring to lugs done purely with a side cutter and no correct crimping tool. Wrong size lugs are used for interfacing wiring from batteries to inverter. Wrong gauge wiring used between the batteries and inverter , the result being over heating causing smoke from melted insulation tape again from poorly "crimped" junction at "crocodile clips onto the batteries...no grommets used AC wiring leaving metal 2 x 4 metal box which houses the "isolation switch" when the enquiring where is the compliancy certificate , Ricky , the female OWNER of Titan Green Technology says it will cost an extra R1500-00 for a compliancy. Yet is them who has directly interfaced into the main DB board. When you mail them , one gets no responses. Jaco does not live up to commitments to return as he promises to come evaluate the installation and ad the "damages" caused by hi "technicians". Ricky states as long as there is electrical contact it is OK , and yet when their own technician loaded the system to less than 80% load already the smoke was bellowing out the cupboard,,, the fix was just to put more insulation tape over melted insulation tape...the main power chord in cut in the middle and purely re-joined with insulation tape instead of terminating the "plug" end correctly into a new "plug". Formally photograph's sent , emails with formal complaints and still no one returns to evaluate.... YES...I have not made final payment as the INSTALLATION is HAZARDOUS and not to standard , nor is such compliant. We made every effort affording TITAN GREEN TECHNOLOGY to return to make good on damages caused and to remedy faults on the installation... STILL NOTHING. not only is Ricky rude and insulting , she swears saying , I am just one of those "f.....ing" people who wont pay...I paid my deposit of 65% , and if the job is not done to specification , nor is such compliant , why must one settle an account if no attempts are made from them to return to site to inspect with regard to complaints tabled , and if they don't return. No return calls received , no replies to SMS's nor e-mail. even promises that JACO and is team will return still not honoured. I see they advertise on FACEBOOK doing air conditioning and electrical fencing too . Now resolve as stated by Jaco to my mother is she must now get an electrician to FIX UP THEIR work......and use outstanding monies..... PLEASE BE WARNED PEOPLE....anyone using TITAN GREEN TECHNOLOGY
