Titan Green lacks business etiquette

I have been trying to contact Jaco the owner of Titan Green Technology unsuccessfully many times. He refuses to take my calls or reply to my messages. He has damaged the trip switch on my DB board and promised to have it repaired. It's been a month and i am still waiting.
