solar installation

the owner and his workers are such *****. i requested a quote from jaco the owner we made an appointment on a day and time i took early of work to make sure im at home then 30m before the appointment jaco phoned he is about 2 to 3 hours late i wasnt impress but told hum its fine ill wait. he came gave me a quote on a solar system for my geyser and i asked him some questions as to where his going to install the system i did not agree with him and i asked him are you sure the sun will heat my geysers water he assured me 100% i said ok i paid my deposit and the date was set to install it. i took a days leave cause they wiil be at my place the Tuesday 08h30 at 10h00 still no one on site i phoned the owner he said the guys are on there way by 12h00 still no one i phoned the owner a few times he didnt answer by 14h00 he phones me and says sorry the guys went to the wrong person so how many people in the east rand has the same name and surname that i have no one. so we set another date i took another days leave and gues second time around they did not pitch when i phined the owner jaco he promise to me they are on there waywell after about 10 phone calls and whatts app mess he phones me to let me know they dont have any stock but he will refund me i said yes thats fine they are useless now 2 days leave gone. So after a few days his wife phones me to ask me if i still want a solar system installed i said yes so she organised it and after 2 days it was installed.And immediately Jakes asked me to pay the rest of the money even the next morning before 8 the owners wife send me a massage and asked for the full payment so i paid the money in full. Now its installed but is does not give me any hot water although the sun is shining 30 degrees outside i send Jaco so many messages and the guy that installed it Jakes and all they say they are on there way to me that now everyday of the week so i must make a plan to get home early still they dodnt pitch. eventually when Jakes came to my place on the Friday i wasnt at home my wife took a day off work to meet them but then we had load shedding. no its monday Jakes told me twice now his coming even phoned me to say his on his way and still nothing. be carefull who you use
