If I could rate this company a <0> star, I would. We had an air-conditioner installed in the beginning of the year (2019)through this company. At first the owner (Jaco) comes across as professional and genuine and promotes you to "support the small guy" in the industry... Please do not be fooled by this man. Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews on google and hello peter, they talk for themselves.

I paid my deposit and his installers installed the air-conditioner, without using the correct equipment (no vacuum pump or gauges) when questioning them they said this is the correct process and they know what they doing, we felt doubtful and hesitant but the aircon worked before they left. The next day at 06h00am in the morning Jaco ***ner) phoned demanding the remaining of the payment which I did immediately however, within 24 hours the conditioner no longer worked.

I struggled to get hold of Jaco and when I did he had immense attitude and told me he had other jobs to get to and I will have to wait. Requesting him to return lasted about 2 weeks, he would then commit to a time and failed to arrive, with continuous excuses and attitude. After the third time his team failed to arrive to come fix the machine I was not at my wits end. Eventually his installers return and quickly re-gased the machine and left. Heavenly behold the air-conditioner didn't work again after 3 days...

At this point Jaco was extremely unprofessional, aggressive and rude over the phone (that's If you could get hold of him). I threatened to take him to the ombudsman and eventually after 2 weeks the installers returned once again and only re-gased the machine. I requested him to return so I could talk to him but he only sent his team, whom admitted that Jaco's behavior is embarrassing and they do not enjoy working for him but at this point are desperate for work.

Since then we have got PROFESSIONAL advice and due to the fact that Jaco and his team did not install the machine correctly, we have a life span on the machine of maybe 1 year if we lucky.
