Refusal to negotoiate refund after repair failure

After spending 18 working days to do a 2 hour weld repair on a bakkie tailgate, and spending R1400, the tailgate is still not repaired. After an initial 8 days the tailgate was returned with the seam freshly glued, as though someone had recently spread a line of contact adhesive. My wife paid and left. On getting home she lowered the tailgate and the seam immediately split open again. I was told to bring it back for welding. An employee told me that they'd manufacture another elbow arm to strengthen it. <br> After a further 10 working days lying in Titan Customs workshop, and being told it was at the welders, I went to fetch it as I needed the bakkie urgently for work purposes. I bought my own cable, as Gino flatly denied they ever intended making a new one for me. On seeing my tailgate covered in workshop dust, I asked an employee if it had ever left the shop in the last two weeks to go the welder, and he rep**** it had unfortunately not, as they'd been \too busy."<br> Gino had blatantly **** to me on at least 5 separate occasions regarding this.<br> When I tried to recoup some of the R1400 I had paid for some contact adhesive and 18 days of no tailgate"
