Eugenio dos Santos is a bad payer and petty person

Eugenio the owner is a notoriously bad payer, read the reviews on other sites to see he acts professional but is anything else but that. I waited over a week to for payment. He was satisfied with the work only for him to give me 1 star online over 2 year later! That level of petty is something anyone should stay away from.
