Poor Service from Titan Air-conditioning.

I ordered and paid for my aircons on the 07/02/2022. I paid R13600. I've been emailing weekly to query when delivery of the units will take place - The units have not been delivered and it's over a month now. Jaco was initially responding to emails and phone calls but there has been no response for a week now and all calls keep going to voicemail. He keeps saying that delivery is on schedule, but nothing has been received yet. Their lead time for delivery is 5-7 working days.
