Never Use Titan Airconditioning
Very bad customer service and dishonesty, we paid R15000 for two Aircon's 6 Weeks ago and Jaco van Niekerk has still not delivered our goods and their delivery policy is 3-7 work days. He ignores our phone calls and emails which we are assuming he has run away with our money and now we have to take the legal root and the summer is almost over.

27 Jan 2022, 16:48After I posted this review to Titan Air-Conditioning they have finally responded to us. Theythreaten to sue us for our negative reviews. The good news is they have responded so maybe they are not planning to ran away with our money but they did mention maybe not delivering our goods!!
