Bad service

I’ve had an aircon installed using Titan Air-condition, owner Jaco ***. It worked for 10 days only and now doesn’t blow cool air at all. I’ve send messages, called numerous times but Jaco does not bother replying or returning calls. Stay away from this company, they clearly do not care about clients or understand the meaning of customer and after sales service.
