Worse After Sell Service I have ever seen (TISSOT SOUTH AFRICA)

Good Day Everyone,

I bought TISSOT watch ( Titanium Mens Watch T ********** 705101) for 14750 ZAR last year March(2017) from Shop WOLF BROTHERS in the mall of Africa. In December 2017 (Less than a year) I found the digital screen is damaged and not working properly. I went to WOLF BROTHERS and they assisted me to send the watch to TISSOT agency for repair. They repaired my watch and I did not use it at all. Because it is a sport watch, I just use it occasionally. After 2 months when I wanted to use it, I saw the water went inside and I could not read the clock at all, which means the TISSOT agency did not fix this properly and damaged whole watch. Again I went back to WOLF BROTHERS and they supported to send the watch to agency. But I mentioned to them because of all these issue for this expensive watch, I am not happy to keep it and rather to refund it which they did not accept and forced me to use the watch which is already damaged. I was fan of TISSOT brand and so far I bought 3 watches but I really do not recommend this watch to other people and from my view stay away from this brand which the agency in South Africa does not care about client satisfaction at all.
