False advertising

False advertising of jobs. They put an ad on gumtree for a part time position but they reply and give me something totally different where I have to pay to get a job. When confronted they just keep repeating that there are no full time positions available although I app**** for a part time position. I even sent a screen shot but the issue has not been resolved.
