Bad communication /managing

Its been 2 months there are people renting my house threw Tisa properties. The 1st month i didn't get 1c due to painting and cleaning the property for new tenants (Understandable) The 2nd month with no warning, no communication an amount of R264, 17 was paid over to us. I see this as bad management and very poor communication. Apparently my Merafong was in arrears and there was no option to down-payment monthly.
