Work not done and they refuse to refund!!!

I had the unfortunate event of having Romeo’s company do work for me. I paid in full and the work I was promised was not done! I have their own admin and accounts lady saying that she knows they “****d up” yet they refuse to pay back any money to me. They did not paint out the rooms as per our agreement and they did not clean the windows as per our agreement. My tenants refuse to have them come back to fix the work which is understandable as they had to clean up after the painters left. I had to buy special treatment paint and Ina (admin lady) worked out that I needed 3 cans. Due to them not painting everything I was told they would, I now have 2 full cans of paint left and still some in the first can! This has been a very uncomfortable situation and I would not recommend them to anyone. Romeo also owns another business called “A Dent Autobody” and if this is his way of conducting business, perhaps one should think clearly before using their services!
