Worst customer service

The worst customer service I've ever received my entire life , after paying for my order online they literally ignored my calls even their customer service manager, today i received my order that I paid for on the 4th September while they're claiming that you'll receive your things between 3-5 working days, as if that was not enough my items are missing, tried calling them as usual they ignored my calls
