tirkaso wholesalers/kremers terrible service

been waiting for my refund since 23 November 2019, the manager keeps on making empty promises and stupid of me , I have paid more than R10 000 for the order and only R845 need to be refunded because they didnt have enough stock, after waiting 6 weeks for the order that was supposed to take 6 days, now they putting me on hold so that I don’t speak to the manager I call them everyday and they don't care once they hear my voice they put my call on the side, THESE PEOPLE HAVE PATHETIC SERVICE DONT DEAL WITH THEM. I AM NOT GOING TO BACKUP UNTIL I GET MY REFUND
