Missing Items. No Refund. No Reply.

Placed an order on the 13th of August, order only got delivered on the 27th of August after having to send emails and WhatsApp messages. One item was missing from my order. I opted to receive a coupon code because I intended on buying from them again. To date, I have still not received my coupon code. I have asked for a refund, but they just ignore my messages.
