Unprofessional business practice

As a courier company they were instructed to fetch a defective cellphone from Hoedspruit and determine if it should be repaired/replaced. When they had to return the phone, instructions were given by the insurance company that they deliver the repaired phone to a different address. No contact was made to arrange to deliver the repaired phone and it was summarily sent back to the pick-up address. In addition, the phone was delivered to an unauthorised person, without prior consent of the owner. It took four (4) days and numerous phone calls to find out the address where the phone had been delivered, when it was delivered and to whom!!!<br> All Tirisano could offer were apologies and assurances that the driver would be reprimanded. This, unfortunately, does not bring the phone to the correct address. They offered to fetch the phone and bring it to the new address, but it would take ANOTHER four days. Maybe they should change their courier company name to Tirisano Snail Mail Empty Promises Cellular Repair?
