Tirhani Auctioneers F@#$*!! Patheticly Unreliable

Bought 3 cars on auction from them 4 months ago. A Golf 6 and 2 polos (polos were non runners). Golf 6 was sold to me as a 2011 model only to discover it was a 2009. Car was returned and refund was settled thereafter. However,on the 2 polos, i have not received paperwork to date. Absolute **** service. Been calling them non stop and a guy named Junior keeps saying the bank still has the papers. I have spent a total of +-40/45k to get both these polos as runners as I was promised paperwork. Junior then gives me a managers number who refuses to take my calls. I gave the option of returning the cars, with invoices showing what was done exacty, for a reimbur*****t. They refused to assist. I'm now sitting with the 2 polos just standing as I cannot do anything with it without paperwork. The repurcussions of this resulted in me losing business as I invested a substantial amount to get these cars sorted.

I have reported the matter to SAIA ( SA institute of auctioneers) who sent an email to them but to no avail.

I am now going forward with a lawyer. Can anyone advise me accordingly?
