Tihrani sells vehicles without paper on their platforms.

Bought 2 vehicles on online auction on 15/03/2023. The vehicle were advertised as 14F registerable at local authority with lead times of 3-6 months. Upon collection I tried to apply for the 14F as instructed by Junior Msomi at my RA. The feedback came that Tirhani auctioneers must apply for 14F and only then can they pass paperwork to me. I was told by Junior to go apply for 14F not at my local RA but at Langlaagte, as according to are the only ones in the country who understand the process. I refused as it didn't make sense that I must now abandon the process in Pta (My local RA) and go to some super RA in Jhb.

After a long back and forth Junior and Tirhani undertook to resolve the matter within 3 months from Aug/Sep 2023. Strangely enough when it is now their turn to apply for these documents they do not go to Langlaagte as they advised me to but go to Sandton RA to do some process. To this day they have been scant on details or progress except some periodic cold message saying the documents are still processing. Counting from May 2023 when I encountered the challenges to now it is already a whole year and 14months after the auction which informed us to expect a delay of no longer than 6 months.

I have escalated the matter upto the auctioneer himself,the beacon himself on 2 occasions,the mighty Dr Tirhani Mabunda has never responded to even 1 of my emails. I am currently in the dark about what to do next, sitting with vehicles that I can't even use because of documentation. To make matters worse ,they continue to lure people to these auctions with the same terms but they are failing to resolve my matter,14 months(and counting) after the auction date.

I would like assistance with advice on where can I knock for help. Because Junior and Tirhani have proven to be useless and dishonest.
