Misrepresentation of vehicle and refusal to refund money in a certain time frame.

my wife purchased a vehicle this week 21 April 2026 from Tirhani auctioneers and it was misrepresented as it has no key available upon collection and it was not advertised with no key. The cost to get a key would be over R5500. They kept the vehicle and kept her funds and now she is battling as she is not enriched to be in such a situation. They further inform her that they will not gaurantee when the funds will be paid back to her and she is left with no vehicle her funds stuck with tirhani auctioneers and no time frame in refund . She also sent and email to them enquiring if she could be assisted with refund and time frame as she is in a bad situation. They haven't responded to her email more than 24 hours later !. Becareful when dealing with such a company
