Shocking Chucker Burger Patties

I bought chicken burgers (5kg) from this company (rated one of the best in SA) - they were disgusting. I got 2 different people to taste them and they threw them in the bin. I sent them an email *** explaining that it was terrible quality and could I at least get discount / refund and to date no-one has contacted me. I also applauded their biltong... I did mention that I am giving them a chance to respond before I write a review ! Nothing.
