Stay Away From Tiptop Shopping Cart

On Thursday 17 December 2015 we ordered from Tiptop Online Shopping Cart and paid in full for a specific set of Logitech speakers for a Christmas present. Their online shopping stock advise said they had more than 100 in stock. For 4 days we simply heard nothing. When we inquired today on the 22nd with Lucky they advised that they had no stock, and never had stock in the first place! They then tried to sell us another inferior speaker system. We explained that it was for someone's present, and we needed that exact item. We are away on holiday in a remote location with 3 days to Christmas, and have no present. This is disgusting. Stay away from these guys. They get your money for items that they don't have in stock, and then try and sell you something else. BE VERY WARY! They promised us an instant refund, but I've yet to see the money reflect in my account. So not only have they taken money for something they could not deliver (isn't this *******?) but they've gone and ruined someone's Christmas. Nice one Lucky and Tiptop Online Shopping Cart!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
