<p>A "Call Out" fee is charged (R580) when appointment has been made to do a DSTV installation, of which all that needed to be done was to find the signal on the dish.</p> <p>2 hours labour is charged for just over an hours work (R360) & a 45% mark up is charged for a new smart LNB. R450 at Makro, R800 at "Top" installer in town. How can Multichoice accredit businesses such as these? Are they left to do as they please as accredited installers?</p> <p>Absolutely shocking & pathetic!!</p>
